Bookings depend on vehicle availability. A deposit may be required. Full payment is typically due upon vehicle collection. We accept various payment methods.

4. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

As a renter, you agree to:

• Use the vehicle lawfully and according to traffic laws.
• Return the vehicle in its original condition (minus fair wear and tear).
• Report any issues (accidents, damage, mechanical) immediately to us.
• Not allow unauthorized drivers.
• Be responsible for all fines/charges incurred during rental (e.g., parking, speeding).

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included. Full details, including excesses and exclusions, will be provided. You are responsible for damages not covered by insurance or exceeding the excess. Additional insurance may be available.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary; refer to your booking confirmation. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

7. Termination of Service

We may terminate your rental and repossess the vehicle if you breach these Terms or if the vehicle is used unlawfully/unsafely.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
